Good morning! I hope this day has greeted you warmly :). I have recently made tremendous edits to a previous blog post that I wanted to share, as these are a series of VERY POWERFUL steps that when practiced, truly grant you the refreshing and much deserved emotional freedom that you crave.
Holding onto our past is something that all of us must work on, as this pattern can have a very adverse impact on the quality of our life in the present. Even if it appears on the surface that we have “moved on” from a past painful experience, remember that the subconscious mind is a powerful storage center. We must actively put forth the effort to unlock these subconscious feelings and thoughts as to free them from our being once and for all.
There are 5 main steps that I have outlined as to work on releasing these attachments – they are described in Steps Toward Dismantling and Releasing Pain from the Past. Please read carefully. It is my hope that the more people that begin to free themselves and hence allow their TRUE SELVES to be unveiled, the more love, acceptance, holistic wellness and joyfulness there will be! This is our natural state of being, as it takes much more energy to hold on to pain than to freely allow yourself to live open and unrestrained.
Important tip: when partaking in this practice, work to silence your ego and judge as much as possible…this side of your psyche is forced to shrink and regress when emotional freedom practices are performed, allow this to happen!
