I’ve recently added a Weekly Meal Plan example to the bottom of the Copper Toxicity Diet page in order to illuminate what this nutritional protocol looks like in real-life. As I’ve recently experienced great improvement in my digestion and gut health due to my dramatically lowered copper levels, I have integrated more and more items into my diet, which has been welcomed indeed, and is demonstrated within this meal plan.
